In addition to completing registration, please also fill out the following Information Forms:
BSA Medical Form Parts A and B and copies of medical insurance cards are required for all participants (e.g., Arrow of Light and adults/guardians) and are to be turned in upon arrival. The forms can be found here.
Additional documentation is required for all adults/guardians and is described on the adult/guardian Information Form, linked above.
